I had to plan a family event from the US. I was quite apprehensive especially because I have not worked with Ruang in the past and only came across their name from a Google search. All my apprehension and fear were put to rest by Reen from Ruang who was extremely helpful! She was constantly available via WhatsApp, always answering the numerous questions I had. And the best part was she always answered them with so much patience & friendliness. Upon meeting Reen, i was welcomed with the same amount of graciousness and friendliness. Their venue was perfect for my event, it was spacious, clean & came with everything I needed. And Faroqi another staff @ Ruang was available throughout the night, to help with my needs, from the microphone to the sound system and also changing a couple of faulty light bulbs! Ruang will definitely be my first choice if I have to plan another event in the future! You guys were fabulous! Keep up the great work Reen and your Ruang team!
We searched high and low for the right Nikah (solemnization) + dinner venue and we made the perfect choice when we decided on Ruang. Nice location, great interiors (you’ve got to see for yourself), delicious food and most importantly, great people behind Ruang!
